在將旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭安裝固定支撐前，先應(yīng)該了解旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)，以做為采取何種方式的依據(jù)。

Before the rotary joint is installed on the equipment, the inner structure hereof must be learned for installation basis.

S系列旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭是球面密封結(jié)構(gòu)，自支撐、外部補(bǔ)償設(shè)計(jì)。依靠彈簧推動(dòng)殼體沿軸向向后移動(dòng)起補(bǔ)償密封磨損的作用，完成內(nèi)部介質(zhì)與外界空氣的密封隔離。因此需要合理的安裝方式及定期的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)確保產(chǎn)品在設(shè)備中的使用.

S series rotary joint uses the spherical sealing structure. It is a self-supporting type with sealing compensation design. The sealing function is realized by the spring force on the body to move reversely, wherein the working media is sealed and isolated from the atmosphere effectively. Therefore, reasonable installation and periodical maintenance are necessary for the successful performance of the rotary joint.

如圖所示使用無油石墨軸承結(jié)構(gòu)的旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭，使能在中心點(diǎn)上運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

As shown in the sectional drawing, the rotary joint uses two carbon guides for self supporting and axial concentricity, with maximal guide separation.

當(dāng)石墨密封環(huán)磨損時(shí)，由于彈簧力及介質(zhì)壓力的作用下，旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭的殼體會(huì)往后面移動(dòng)，使密封面得到有效的補(bǔ)償。

During abrasion, under the spring force and the media pressure, the rotary joint will move reversely to make the sealing surface compensated effectively.
